KosmicSports is built around how sports actually work: independent organizations and clubs that come together to compete in leagues. Each organization runs its own teams and seasons, and when they join a league, their teams, rosters and schedules sync automatically. No re-entering data, no mismatched spreadsheets.

Registration and payments, handled

Build custom registration forms with waivers, collect fees online and place players onto teams and households as they sign up. Payments go straight to your organization’s own account, and families can see what they’ve paid, and what’s still due, in one place.

Payments families understand

Families can pay in parts, and each part’s pay link is emailed when it’s due; nothing is charged automatically. Sibling discounts and promo codes are applied before checkout, and any processing fee is its own line, never a surprise.

Larger payments go by bank transfer, which keeps costs down for everyone.

League dues, paid online

Leagues set dues per club, per team or per player, and every club sees exactly what it owes. Clubs pay online by card or bank transfer, all at once or in parts. The money goes to the league’s own account and is recorded against the club automatically.

When a balance is still open, one click sends the club’s admins a friendly reminder with a link to pay.

Start on Launch for free. Every feature you need to run a season is included, and we only earn a small fee when money moves through KosmicSports.

Busy clubs and leagues can move to Satellite, Starship or Mothership for lower fees, billed monthly or yearly, and switch or cancel any time. Every fee is shown up front, and your club chooses whether it covers the fee or the family does.

Scheduling that actually works

Generate a full season across fields, divisions and home venues, then let the optimizer balance rest days and fairness. Schedule Health checks every game for conflicts before you publish, and you can lock the games you never want moved.

Running a tournament? Build single or double elimination brackets with seeding and minimum rest between games, lay them out on a drag-and-drop board, and print the bracket. Later rounds publish automatically as teams advance.

Game day, all in one place

Every game gets its own page with the time, the place and a live score. Families RSVP in a tap and can ask for a ride, coaches see who’s coming, and each team has its own chat. Anyone can subscribe to the schedule in their calendar app and get a reminder before the game.

Standings and results, live

Scores are reported, confirmed and rolled straight into division standings, using the tie-breakers your league plays by. Print sport-specific scoresheets and lineup cards for the scorer’s table.

Player stats and season awards

Leagues choose whether player points are off, optional or required with each score report. Points leaders build themselves as games are reported, awards take a few clicks, and you decide who can see them: the teams, the league, or everyone.

Officials, without the spreadsheets

Invite referees or let them apply, then track grades, certifications and background clearances in one roster. Assign games by hand or let auto-assign find the best fit, based on availability, comfort level, travel preferences and workload, while avoiding conflicts.

Referees get their own Referee Hub, across every league they work: accept or decline offers, set recurring availability and see what they’ve been paid. Leagues fund a prepaid wallet, and payouts, pay statements and 1099s are handled for you.

Coach clearances, tracked

Coaches upload their background clearances once, and every club they coach for can review them. Missing or expiring clearances are flagged before they become a problem, and clubs can add paper copies for coaches who aren’t online yet.

Volunteers who actually show up

Share a sign-up link or QR code, post shifts with a set number of spots and a waitlist, and send reminders before each shift. Track hours, approve the ones volunteers log themselves, and set per-family requirements with an optional buyout. Clear reports show who has helped and who still needs to.

Plenty of people coach one team, parent on another and referee on weekends. With KosmicSports they use one account and switch roles in a click. KosmicHub brings every role together: one calendar that flags overlapping commitments, one inbox, and a single list of what needs your attention, from RSVPs to referee offers to payments due.

KosmicHub: one home for every family

Parents see every child’s teams, schedules and standings, in one view or child by child. Split households both stay in the loop, and each family manages its own members and payments.

Safe for kids, accessible to everyone

Players under 13 never get their own login, and teens can sign in only after a parent or guardian approves it. Guardians can turn that access off at any time. People only see what their role needs: coaches, officials and other families never see a household’s private details.

Every page is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, so it works with screen readers and keyboards, and in light or dark mode.
